Day Ocho

Short Term Goals for this Month:

1. Lose 5% of my body weight. That's 9 lbs.
How: Follow weight watchers and exercise everyday. On Sundays I enjoy leisurely walks.

2. Read my scriptures every day for at least 10 min.
How: Pure will power.

3. Plan lessons for the entire month of December.
How: Make better use of my planning time.
