The Spider House

Last night Noah and I were going to get ready to go swimming. Excuse me for the detail, but I've got my swim suit around my ankles and I see a very large "something" on our baseboard. I immediately confirm with Noah that the "something" was one of the worst things imaginable, a spider. The biggest spider of note in our house yet.

I freak out and run to grab a container to put it in, (swimsuit still around my ankles.) Noah is ordered to watch it and I come running in with the little container. It now sits in our living room. I have a heart attack every time I see it.

Halloween=Sugar=Love

Noah and I decided to start Halloween off right and pulled out our cookie cutters.

Noah was an excellent cookie cutter-er.

Afterwards we decorated!!!!!!!
And feasted...

Krista joined for the decorating and eating part.

And Noah did dishes. Yay!

Rewind

Once upon a time Noah and Becky went on a weekend trip to Cedar City and hiked in a place that looked a lot like Bryce Canyon but was not Bryce Canyon.

While they were there Noah conquered the world.

And they built a tree fort.

And at the end of the day they hiked home with their faithful relatives Brooks and Miranda.

Overall, It was a great Labor Day weekend and we owe the "Shirt Lift's" a stay at the "Coal Man Inn."

Missing

I have plenty of updates, but due to the scarcity of internet at the Coleman house I never give them. There are pictures from Cedar City and our visit with Miranda and Brooks still on my camera. Just this week Noah and I made Halloween cookies (they were delicious) and there are pictures from that. Next time I'm at a computer I'll be sure to update but for now you'll just have to know that we're alive and healthy.

I started teaching after school art and it's been...interesting. Noah is doing well in school, but we've had a cold spell and he came home freezing cold yesterday (then proceeded to give me a hug...brrrrr). I better get out of here and get back to work. :(
