Chicken Noodle-Good for the Cold

Down in New Mexico I was trained in the art of noodle making. Yesterday I did a chicken pot roast with sweet potatoes, celery, potatoes(fresh grown from the Baum's garden), and carrots(again from the same garden). Then seasoned with rosemary, thyme, basil, and 2 bay leaves. It was delicious!

Anyway, I kept the bones from the roast and made some chicken broth today. Then made my very own whole wheat egg noodles. It was delicious and wonderful on the sinuses(seeing as some sort of runny nose plague has infected us both).

Looks good, hope you are feeling better. By the way I am wanting to do a Sunday Dinner next week. Wanted to invite you up because Leslie will be up for the weekend and it will be the last time you guys can see one another for a year and a half. I will call you as well.

So now my questions is what did you use to cut the noodles? A knife, scissors, or {gasp} a pizza cutter?
