WE MOVED BACK IN!
I thought I'd attempt to replicate flood pictures (which can be seen here) so you could get a really good comparison.
I honestly feel like I live in a fancy apartment. The carpet feels fantastic between my toes and I want to nuzzle into the carpet. It even has this fancy tile underneath my heater:
You can see the old apartment here, here, here, and here.And of course, this is what I still have left to unpack. I could really use some little elves, or children to do my bidding. I could be like a wicked witch and threaten to throw them in the oven if they didn't finish unpacking(which I would never actually do, mostly because I'm not actually a witch).

I would come and help you unpack the studio inn a heartbeat if I could. So to show my support I will clean and organize here in my own home. I will dedicate my cleaning to you and I will work really hard and finish stuff that I start.

it looks so beautiful! i am so happy for you guys! floods can be good things, they can destroy the wicked and unbelieving, and ugly carpet; and then they can bring about great change upon the face of the land (ps I don't think you are wicked or unbelieving-that was in reference to the spiders)
So glad you are back in your place and things are looking good!! You certainly have had an adventure.
